Photoshoot FAQ
We are not like other photography services that cap your photos at a certain limit. We give you all of the photos that you've taken within your time frame. This is an All-Inclusive Photoshoot (All High Resolution Photos, Image Enhancement Included).
Shoot time extensions are also available at $50 per half hour.
Changing locations or rescheduling is an option as long as it is advised 24 hours before the booked period and there is a fee of $20. The booked period includes the photographer’s setup time.
Our photographers can provide portable lighting equipment and backdrops upon request.

You can book with as little as 1 days notice.
Props, models, hair and make up, studio rentals, costumes and customer transportation need to be provided by the customer. You, as our customer, will have full ownership of all photos taken by the photographer.
Professional re-touching comes at an extra cost, however all photos include standard editing to make sure that your photos look vibrant and amazing! You’ll receive an email with a link to your custom photo gallery within 48-72 hours after the shoot, where you’ll be able to download your photos and share them with friends/colleagues.
We recently partnered with Fujifilm which added a great new feature of purchasing hard copies of your favorite photos straight from your gallery. Each purchase prints starts at $0.29 depending on size. You could have them on a wall canvass, metal print, holiday card, photobook, or simple 4×6 prints to add to your collection. The best thing about it is that you get the prints delivered at your doorstep in just 3-4 business days.

No. Social Hackettes nor the photographers are responsible for your makeup or your wardrobe. Everything needed for your photoshoot must be provided by you. Photographers are only responsible for lighting if requested and the finished photos. If you do decide to hire a makeup artist, makeup must be done before the timeframe of your photoshoot. There is a late fee of $50 per half hour.
No. If you require a studio rental, this would have to be booked and confirmed prior to you booking a photoshoot. Studio Rentals come at a separate cost. You may find beautiful and affordable studio rentals here: https://www.peerspace.com
There are also lots of free locations to shoot in your town or city. Our free booking concierge will help you find a beautiful outdoor location for your photoshoot.
Yes, you will have the opportunity to choose which photographer you would like to use, their rating and their portfolio before we book your shoot. This will be done after payment is made.

If notice is given more than 14 days from the photoshoot (or "Complementary Photoshoots") date: You can reschedule or cancel the shoot for free. We will be the one to inform your photographer
If notice is given less than 14 days but more than 24 hours from the photoshoot (or "Complementary Photoshoots") date: You can reschedule or cancel the shoot for a $20 cancellation fee.
If any changes need to be made to the photoshoot (or "Complementary Photoshoots") less than 24 hours before the event, we unfortunately will not be able to make any reschedules, relocations, or cancellations. We will have to inform the photographer of the cancellation and they will still be compensated for their time. The full photographer fee will be charged to you as the client.
