At Social Hackettes LLC, we are committed to providing the best service possible, at all times. However, if you find that you are dissatisfied with the service in any way, we do offer refunds or money off coupons depending on the nature of the issue.
If our system should fail to provide a service or services during a calendar week:
We will always provide additional days of service until the goal has been met. If we are unable to provide a service or services up to one month after the end date of your term, we will provide a refund for the value of the service that was not offered to you. This may be in the form of the exact number of days we could not service you or the exact number of posts we could not deliver on.
If the wrong package was purchased by accident:
If and only if you contact us within the first 24 hours of your purchase, A coupon code will be issued for the amount of the package and you will be able to purchase the correct package using the money off coupon. If you do not contact us within the first 24 hours, you will not be refunded, as there was no issue with the service and we have already begun working on your account.
If our services have worked but you decide that you no longer want to continue:
A refund will NOT be issued if the customer is dissatisfied with the work that has already been completed or if they have changed their mind about the service after work has been done. In the case of a dissatisfied customer, we will work until the desired goal is met. If the customer is unwilling to work with our team, a refund will NOT be issued.
If you forgot to cancel your subscription before its renewal date:
If you forgot to cancel your subscription before its renewal date, unfortunately we CANNOT issue a refund. All services on the Social Hackettes platform are monthly and prepared instantly after payment, in order to deliver concurrent monthly services.
If your password was changed and you failed to provide us with the updated information to reconnect to your account:
A refund will NOT be issued as there was no issue with the services and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the required information to continue services.
Expecting something from a service that was not described on the website:
We will NOT refund the service if the persons in question did not read the description or expected a feature that was not described for that service on the Social Hackettes website.
